The ROOT of “discerning, perceiving, and hearing from the Living Lord” is based upon EACH ONE IN RELATIONSHIP with Messiah, Jesus Christ, who gives each a free deposit of the Holy Spirit (inward witness, still small voice”) After that Spiritual Fruits, Gifts and ongoing BODY, FAMILY, HUMAN, FELLOWSHIP relationship all continually play a part: for the abiding healthy GOOD or the negative, Bad.

In fitness, each person’s body CORE is a key factor in determining both their root strength as well as endurance and over all wellness.
I believe that at the aposotlic, prophet ROOT CORE …of “hearing from the Lord” in a New Testament, “ye must be born again” “Jesus Christ accepting” frame of nondogmatic accepted theology: that any teaching of a leader, elder, 5 fold office minister, stems from either their very own mature, personal “perceived” albeit subjective, ongoing RELATIONSHIP with the LORD or their LACK of one.
And Bible teachings which are set in place in a fellowship,ministry or an entire region, nation, even internationally, still may be Noble Berean researched due to the spiritual warfare, today’s media mass confusion and the MANY errant, even mistaken, legalistic leader views regarding BIBLE AUTHORITY, BASIC SPIRITUAL GOVERNMENT and MAINTAINING BIBLE, HOME, LIFE ORDER.
DISCERN THE ABIDING RELATIONSHIP TRUE CORE
DETERMINING WHAT KIND OF FELLOWSHIP to attend, WHAT they allow themselves to pay attention, WHOM they give permission to speak into their life, and more..
I submit that one may need to fully examine the BY PRODUCTS(spiritual abiding fruit) which is revealed, over long periods of time, in the LEADER, MINISTRY, LAY, TEAM, FELLOWSHIP abiding, enduring, peaceable, or not, RELATIONSHIPS
2 GOOD NT BIBLE VERSES FOR BASIC ABIDING RELATIONSHIP FRUIT
- Galatians 5:22-23“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.”
- (over a long period of time) James 3:17”the(meaning ANY, ALL) wisdom that comes from above is first of all pure, peaceable, easily entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.”
- 2 Timothy 1:7 “God has not given us (meaning me) a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.”
ROOTS OF ALL SPIRITUAL, FAMILY, FELLOWSHIP, SPIRITUAL GOVERNMENTAL ORDERare found in maintaining, submitting to and respecting, overcoming and walking in enduring Love (with God’s Holy Spirit sustaining power and help), while attempting to “perceive and discern” the “mind of the Lord” about all sorts of matters , pertaining to real (present day, coming) LIFE.
Q. Where are the ROOTS for determining WHO is hearing from the “mind of the Lord?” AND HOW we must determine ( nonlegalistic,mature accurate, Bible based “office prophetic Word” coming from the Lord

REGARDING THE OFFICE OF THE NEW TESTAMENT TRUE PROPHET**
**And HOW we train on and portray this eagle 5 fold office and potentially hero rold model it!

PRIOR TO THE NEW TESTAMENT: While God formed the Levitical Law for His Chosen Hebrew people, in the Old Testament, it served as a school house and a spiritual type and shadow of the mighty things to come in when servant chief apostolic Messsiah, The Christ appeared, in the midst of the Pharisee accuser perversion of God’s Holy Relationship Male, Female Protecting Laws.
IN THE NEW TESTAMENT: Once Messiah, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God appeared: He fulfilled every bit of the Law and became the pure Lamb of God, who laid down His sin free life as a sacrifice on the Earth, for every human being that ever lived on the earth.
AMONG THE OLD TESTMENT PROPHETIC OFFICE ORACLES we find major PROPHETS are super serious, walking about and finger pointing at local sin, to repremand the leaders and the local lay, NOT to bring down God’s sovereign wrath.
THEN COMPARE: read the NT Gospels and regard how Jesus and His ministers always interacted)
IN THE OLD TESTAMENT: We find that not even the rulers, the elders and the people could receive a word from the Lord….only the few chosen office TRUE PROPHETS were granted grace to perceive and discern the mind of the Lord on behalf of the Hebrew leaders.
(I Kings Prophet Samuel was the first national Hebrew office prophet)
IN THE NEW TESTAMENT: After Jesus died, rose again and gave the free gift of Holy Spirit to dwell on the inside of every born again Christ follower, this signficant peaceful GIFT, when carefully nurtured, and accompanied by mature mentoring, Bible training, and much ongoing prayer…would slowly allow each seeking “ye must be born again” person to develop an ability to “perceive and discern” the presence of God’s Holy Spirit “inward witness” …”the voice of the Good Shepherd who gives life to His sheep”
BECAUSE we now live in the NEW TESTAMENT days, virtually ALL who receive Christ may slowly develop a subjective ability to “perceive and discern” His voice, His guiding peace and His comforting presence. Also, during times of Bible study, Holy Spirit can direct, illmuniate and anoint a “rhema” specific word to encourage, guide, comfort and strengthen the faith filled believer.
SUMMARY:
God now can speak to each pure hearted inquiring invidual, leader or lay as we live in the modern New Testament day: He can speak via a Bible verse and/or a inward still small voice (I Kings 19). To confirm that it is really coming from the Lord: we can analyze it via the RELATIONSHIP, FEAR FREE FRUIT reproduced. (abiding James 3:17, Gal 5:22-23 lus Fear Free 2 Timothy 1:7)
NOW THE OFFICE PROPHET MUST RESEMBLE RELATIONSHIP MINISTRY OF JESUS CHRIST
NOW IN THE NEW TESTAMENT:According to Hebrews 1:2, Revelation 19:10 (2 examples) God now models the office of the New Testament prophet after CHRIST who “went about doing good, healing all who were oppressed by the devil”(Acts 10:38) But also via the many different kinds of RELATOINSHIPS list during Jesus time here on earth:
JESUS CHARACTER IN AN OFFICE OF THE PROPHET

1) ACTS 10:38 “Jesus went about doing good, healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for the Lord was with Him.”
2)REVELATION 19:10 “the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy” (it has to have RELATIONSHIP GOOD FRUIT like Jesus Christ had)
ISAIAH 11:2-3 Prophesy of Christ “
“And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;
And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:”
While imbued with EACH ONE of God’s 7 fully wholly holy Eternal Spirits, He came mysteriously packaged in a Middle Eastern Earth Suit, and devoid of human Big Ego. And while a apostolicseer, chief office true prophet’s prophet, Christ is never recorded as misusing His perceiver, discerner (prophet) major insightful gifts to SIN SPY, self justify ACCUSING or set up WATCHERS among His ministy disciples to keep overseer TRACK of WHO went where, did what or to make note if the new Believers “church hopped” or not.
And nowhere in the entire New Testament, did Savior Jesus, His ministry staff, nor anyone else, set up “crazymatic Queen Jezebel ” fear based perceiver sin spyers NOR were there any New Testament First Church recorded “apostolic overseer WITCH WATCHERS” **
** My Noble Berean Based Submitted Selah: Back in First Church Days they had no prior Christ following generation to help them. So they each had to go deep into Holy Spirit anointing, and ongoing major deep prayer and fasting. (all of which which were birthed out of their First Love Lampstand, Leader RELATIONSHIP!)
ALL ABIDING OFFICE LIFE RELATIONSHIPS have to line up with JESUS CHRIST in Matthew, Mark, Luke, John fruit of True, respecting ALL Relationships” (persona and in area wide, perceived as Global very multicultural, chief pioneering apostolic team ministry)
PLUS they cannot ever be assessed, prophetically judged or leader presumed to be BACK UNDER Old Testament Levitical rule.
NOT SHYING AWAY FROM : “HEARING FROM, INQUIRING AFTER” the Lord is very subjective. There is no formula. The ROOT is remaining Bible balanced and in fellowship, with fold fold offices, mature ministers, practicing accountability, minus all legalism, domination or human control.
APOSTLE PAUL in Hebrews 1:1-2 states what this writer submit is one of the big main differences in the OLD and NEW Testament OFFICE OF THE PROPHET:
