Note: This is submitted to all micro and ministry Christian 5 fold offices, I know your doctrine, many of your spiritual kind, but you have never of this, as I submit this will all respect for the last ministry pleasant moves of God. But now this is a leader word a Christian “future” in part, meaning one that is not govern, impurely controlled by the present day modern “systems.” I submit this as new perspective, one that is not wanting to replace men, or YOU or any move prior. I am an office Galatians 1:1-2 ‘sent” to both men and women in leadership. Jesus hand picked and mentored the first Church apostles, yet Paul came after and he was accepted for about 13-14 years. So he spent time up with the Arab Gentiles in Damascus Syria, and when he came back, the non LP Saved Paul wrote 2/3 of the First Church New Testament (for former maverick, talked about area Black Sheep, servant Paul, represented an expansion of the Very First, it’s new leg of the Long Journey, which I submit that I believe THIS IS (EORR Cross Body Unity no membership Love Walk Move) -Sister T

THE DECLARATION

“We are the pastors after His own heart —
born not of ambition but of assignment;
forged not in seminaries only but in the secret place;
faithful to Christ’s body before any brand.
We will serve the global Church without bias,
honor every tribe and tongue,
reject hierarchy that exalts flesh,
and walk in the humility and power of the First Church.
Our credentials are obedience.
Our network is the Holy Spirit.
Our fame is His Name.”

Point

As sr pastor not manufactured by systems.
They stand in the pattern of the First-Church shepherds—those who walked in homes, marketplaces, and open fields; who fed, taught, and healed without hierarchy or celebrity.

They lead not by title but by trust,
not by office but by obedience,
not by fame but by faithfulness.

Church Mature “Pastor Office” History, Before the Ages of Rank

The were recognized by the very first church as God summoned ,ministry office “functions” not the many titles.

Note: Before Rome, before Greece, before Constantine’s towers and councils,
before orthodoxy hardened into bureaucracy and mega-funding,
there were only pastors as shepherds—men and women of the flock,
known by character, compassion, and consistency.

They carried apostolic fire, prophetic clarity, teaching wisdom, evangelistic reach, and pastoral heart—
the fivefold functions moving as one breath of Christ, not as competing brands.

The Pure Pastor Today (Cross Culturally, Maturely, Globally, 3rd World Nations

My Abiding Cross National Body Wide CBU Move Respectful View

Such pastors may or may NOT display degrees, titles, or platforms;
their credentials are written in transformed lives.
They are globally aware yet locally rooted,
culturally wise yet personally humble,
walking among nations without prejudice or pomp.

They defend truth without domination,
build bridges without bias,
and see every believer—male, female, rich, poor, known, or unknown—
as part of the same redeemed Body.

THE MODEL — BEFORE ROME AND HIERARCHY

These pastors pattern their ministry after the very first church:

before Rome’s imperial structure,
before Greek philosophy defined “orthodoxy,”
before hierarchy replaced fellowship,
before wealth became proof of calling.

They lead in households, marketplaces, villages, online fellowships, street corners — wherever hearts hunger.
Their authority is not positional; it is relational, earned through washing feet and carrying burdens.

III • THEIR FUNCTION, NOT TITLE

Each one moves organically in the Spirit’s flow of the fivefold graces (Ephesians 4 : 11):

apostolic sending,
prophetic hearing,
evangelistic reaching,
pastoral caring,
teaching grounding.

They may never display titles, degrees, or media fame, yet they function in maturity equal to early apostolic leadership.
Their badge is fruit, not following.

“KNOWN BY THEIR GLOBAL CHARACTER”

Multi-ethnic: not “all white,” not limited to Western forms.
Cross-cultural: fluent in kingdom language beyond denominational borders.
Economically real: understand poverty and prosperity without bowing to either.
Gender-balanced: honor both Deborah and Lapidoth, Priscilla and Aquila.
Cross-Body: partner with believers of every style and stream who confess Christ.

“KNOWN BY THEIR HEART POSTURE”

They carry:

Purity over popularity.
Accountability without authoritarianism.
Faith without fame.
Love that crosses divides.

They restore the Acts 2 community — breaking bread, praying, teaching, and healing — without creating celebrity altars.

The EORR Vision

THE CALLING

“And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.” — Jeremiah 3 : 15 KJV

We acknowledge a generation of God-called, Spirit-fashioned pastors whose identity comes from encounter, not endorsement.
They are raised by the Spirit in every culture, color, and continent — the multi-tone Body of Christ that defies race, politics, and branding.

They do not arrive through public relation campaigns or religious dynasties,
but through private obedience and proven love.

The Cross Body Unity “Free Range ” Zero Control Leader Goal

To combine (to collaborate, to refer persons who do fit, to the ones the might) (like this sr ministry) to develop Ephesian 4 corporate body Unity, and to please God by submitting to what is God’s whole counsel and Apostles, first church 5 fold office command “to teach to transform the Church to witness in that to the area society” (which is not been happening)

This will take strength, God’s purpose with not form of “turf guarding” and we will each work do sort out and to model and to value and to keep WHATEVER IS BIBLE TRUE in the various passed down traditions (this included many denominations and many not) this cause instruction discernment about WHAT, WHO is Bible True or False in methods, doctrine, tone and ministry actions ( I can do more later)

This will also cause nonbiased ministry evaluation on the many styles modern day teaching,media and authority/true government (in the various churches)

That is the way I and many of US like it, due to prior leader forms which office control and disrespect.

Apostle Taveau’s Goal Using Teaching from EORR Cross Body Unity Perspective

To locally assist in re-establishing First-Church model of pastoral ministry. Reason why? To include the many who do not wish to be a part of a Christian ministry system, clan,denomination or glory cult. I am one, also.

The EORR Cross Body Assessment View is

Christ is at the Head, not specific human persons nor organized fashionable licensing groups or clubs or committees.

Note this is what I exhibit and apostolic equip Future Church ministers and train as a God sent apostle Galatians 1:1-2, like a Paul. It is quality prototype for right now. Paul was a servant, off scouring of the world in this , a servant not office celebrity. So we value that a model it ourselves as a quality prototype.

We (diverse CBU ) also model Paul in his office functions, as as a Galatians 1:1-2 pure hearted office, Acts 17:17 and submitted to all in Christian leaders like myself in Bible Ephesians 5;21, Ephesians 4, Apostle, as a trainer, encourager ministered as this myself in a cross body unity fellowshipping with them all ( all types and styles, Spirited directed fashion) Acts 17:17 (which is the way I operate, as guided by the inward witness of the holy spirit (like an Enoch in Genesis 5,Ezekiel’s wheel model in relationship, revealed ongoing miniser spiritual slaves and big informants deep scanning, ne’r do well, totalitarian patrolling sharks”

This Ephesians 4 community NOT the long prophesied Bible End Times “one world church” which is now out.
