LET US DO WHAT WE KNOW THAT WE OUGHT TO DO “IN THE NATURAL WELLNESS, NOT OVER DOING, NOT NEGLECTFUL, (PREVENTION) SENSE…(Supreme examples: eating healthy, exercising, taking a play, R and R Break) DETERMINING OUR OWN INNNER “REAL SELF”(as unto only the LORD).. apart from ministry /business, breadwinner, house and home protector almost overwhelming IDENTITY.

LET US ALSO DO WHAT WE DISCERN THE LORD IS TELLING US TO DO ……ACCORDING TO WHAT IS IN THE BIBLE (RENEW EACH OF OUR MINDS ON WELLNESS, PREVENTION, HEALING, APPLIED BIBLE FAITH, and MANY MANY OTHER SPIRITUAL LIFE PRESERVING, MAKING “SHALOM PEACE” WHOLE..(Supreme examples: Taking Sabbath Time Apart (ISAIAH 56:7), Making a list of ALL of our many (big and tiny) CARES, WORRIES, BURDENS and hand them over to the LORD…and then allow each of them to stay there!…TO let the Lord point out to YOU anybody whom YOU may not have FORGIVEN (even YOURSELF!)…To over do, to STRIVE..

APOSTOLIC SELAH ONGOING REASON: ALL of these (just above) will hinder, even BLOCK, your own HUMAN (PERCEIVER, DISCERNER) MORTAL SOUL from being in PROTECTIVE, PREVENTIVE, RESTFUL, MINISTRY APPLIED FAITHFUL APPROPRIATED HOLY BIBLE (3 JOHN 1:2) WELLNESS MODE

WHILE THE ABOVE is SELAH, a BIBLE based PRINCIPLE..and therefore not a fix it quick FORMULA…we can allow God’s Bible Word and Holy Spirit to tweak it to what HE is attempting to COMMUNICATE TO EACH ONE OF US.

DUE TO GOD’S GRANTED GRACE and living in this generation of amazing ongoing Bible teachers….this BIRTH DAY CELEBRATING non achievement purposeful writer, has attempted to fully live according to this ongoing /not a scientific proven formula, but amazing GRANTED GIVEN GRACE…to her increasingly long LIFE enhanced and greatly BLESSED, yet never ATTAINED and/or ARRIVED…..but always subjective, (MEANING: Needed to be confirmed after what she senses the LORD is saying, confirmed by His Bible)…but significantly over all ENHANCED, but yet never ACHIEVED (AGAIN: as in only by HIS GRACE FREELY GIVEN) divine mode.

WHEN TURNING THE NEW “AGE” (not NEW AGE..but meaning CHRONOLOGICAL age..hahaha)

1. GUARD YOUR OWN MIND according to what all of your “old fogey” PEERS, MASSIVELY AGE STEREOTYPING MEDIA will try conveniently “package you in” (I intentionally AVOID persons, ministries who are presumptuous and dehumanizing, which do that)

2. ASK THE LORD to help YOU to not be mentally(psychologically) AFFECTED by the NUMBER of the AGE which YOU are TURNING. (some NUMBERS are more difficult than many OTHERS)…THE apostolic WRITER has for 40 plus years done each one of these…

3.MAINTAIN BE-ATTITUDE: Do not compete, compare and/or contrast YOURSELF and/or YOUR AGE to those who may be around you, or on THE TV. “HE /SHE who compares themself with another is NOT WISE.” KEEP your mind on the LORD and ON YOUR OWN BUSINESS.

3.ALSO… if I have an issue with ONE NUMBER feeling very BIG, I have learned to tell my mind: “Why even bother feeling old. Just think, when I turn 96..how I will look back and realize that I would miss it, by tricked into feeling ANCIENT when by the time 96 comes..It will be VERY YOUNG!

4. SHUT YOUR OWN EYES and ask determine your INNER AGE and choose to live by that (freedom from AGE STEREOTYPES however the writer would urge maturity not foolishness).

5. CHOOSE INNER CIRCLE FRIENDS, ASSOCIATES who are not “grumbling, fearing, murmuring, complaining, making OLD FOGEY, AGE COMMENTS” about HOW OLD THEY ARE. Many of these seem to want to make YOU feel as OLD “Poor Me, Self Pity, Victim” as they feel). (APOSTOLIC LEADER MEN may have the worst struggle)

6. ALWAYS try to find MANY SIMPLE TINY REAL LIFE THINGS for which WE can choose to be HAPPY, even THANKFUL about. “Give thanks IN all things”

7. KNOW we are not going to live on earth forever but we SHALL LIVE WITH JESUS CHRIST IN HEAVEN FOREVER..so why bother sweating all of this PRE HEAVEN SMALL STUFF? SO BEGIN TO CELEBRATE STARTING RIGHT NOW!

8. DAILY: Early in the morning, identify that ever so PEACEFUL HOLY SPIRIT SPOT in the LORD but then try to STAY IN THAT ALL DAY..and if something occurs which brings you OUT..then simply relocated it AGAIN and once again start to ABIDE.”
