SON’S FAVORITE (EXTRA FIREY,EXTRA CHUNKY )FIRE GUAC

(EXTRA SPICY, REAL, DEEP SOUTHWEST GUACAMOLE)

3 Large Hass avocados (my young strong son prefers leaving SOME chunky pieces)

1 C diced red onion

1 “healthy heap” of freshly minced, or jar, garlic

the juice of 5 freshly squeezed limes,with some of the pulp

cilantro, finely chopped 1/2 cup

sea salt

black pepper

1 whole diced jalapeno pepper*

*(warning the seeds are what makes it fiery, avoid touching hands to eyes during preparation!)

MASH in bowl, make a few times to decide how much spice, onion, salt, pepper and jalepeno’s YOU really need.

NOT for the faint of culinary heart..nor the squeamish.
