EDM AKIN WORSHIP?? JUST SO IT CARRIES

I seriously post this particular PRAISE SONG… due to the recent death of the young gifted Swedish musician, Tim Bergling (AKA Avicii) … who recently, apparently, completely burned out… and ended up taking his own life.

 

While this in itself is hugely tragic, when on takes another look, one can see how marvelously God made this talented young man. After reading many accounts, it seems that Avicii was trying to remain stable, natural and normal in what was evidently a very hard, user, abnormal music business, very high pressure, relentless, fully overwhelming SCENE.

 

Yet he seemed to possess a God greatly granted blessed favor…along with a natural, delicate, gifted DNA and simple kindness, whether or not he ever accepted the Savior Christ… I still admire and am deeply saddened ….Yet it demonstrates not only the tragic music scene bad side,but the AMAZING GIFTS AND TALENTS as well as WORLD CHANGING, HIGHLY INFLUENTIAL.. DNA in someone that very young (began 16- was pulled headlong into it, due to his massive gifting, favor..yet horribly and sadly died at only 28)..

 

And, even while he passed well before he was surely God meant to, this ONE HUMAN PERSON’S very own personal God given TALENT..and what appeared to be an enormous favor, plus musical creativity helped to form, what has in the last few years has become a vast, enormous part of what is named the EDM (Electronic Dance Music) scene. It is under this EDM banner, which puts on massive electronic light displays, persons call some “rave,” use many drugs, aka “trance (transporting) party music, which, though many indeed “saved” and/or older persons, may not even be aware of it.**

 

**NOTE and all of this when so many “religious Christ followers, even ministers’ OPPOSE Holy Spirit deep worship, getting drunk, high, carried away(real deep pressure, heavy oppression lifting,delivering) in the presence of the Lord and worship HOLY SPIRIT (freely “transporting” ) (minus chemicals) HOLY ANOINTING!

ABOUT EDM (a teeny tiny about)

This is a huge growing culture within what is typically the Western (USA /mostly European**) pop culture scene.

**WHILE RAP/HIP HOP is another enormous cultural force,(stemming from African heritage big, chief  pioneers) I will not go into that here.

For persons not knowing “EDM” ..listen to the electronic sounds, beats, and tune in the repeated background .This song above is a WORSHIP sound.

 

AND…IN OF ITSELF…SOUND is not sinful. BEAT is not one bit sinful. REPEATED rhythms, SYNCOPATION is not SINFUL…

 

….RATHER it is what the human being DOES to 1)(while,their heart motive, aka what SPIRIT inspires,etc) to create those things 2) what they choose to do WHILE participating in those things 3) what the produced FRUIT is in the individual PERSON and/or a collective GROUP while/during and after participating in all of those things

 

CARNAL, ALL OF IT HUMAN “SIN” simply slips in, occurs, begins….as the the HUMAN departs from dwelling within God’s will, His presence,…and puts aside, annuls, avoids HIS, HER very own top priority relationship ….and then, minus all SELF GOVERNMENT (fruit of the spirit “temperance) they SLIP, SLIDE and FLEE towards (even fully)willingly escaping the EARTHLY BOUNDS of self control..into ESCAPE, PRESSURE RELIEF..and may or may not use many chemical substances to assist them into finding major deep STRESS RELIEF.

 

TOO OFTEN, what also then happens, is Human carnal nature producing an enormous lack of SELF CARE, SELF FULL AWARENESS, then it descends into ME CENTRIC, self/many others lack of respect,exceeding poor communication, loss of relationship respect and more.

 

Hey, this writer seen this same thing AFFECT THE GIANT (mostly WHITE?) THRONGS OF SEEKERS…during the STONE AGE Hippie, LSD ,come VULTURE CULTURE Haight Ashbury prehistoric leader TIMES. And while it happens to be a HER, SHE..she has watched it very carefully, been interested collectively and participated but (as to entering into the HARDER parts..only on the outskirts.)..though God’s mercy and the fierce prayers of her praying parents and grandparents, (assuming such)

 

The mental, human produced fruit is very often the dulling down, shutting down, even completely turning OFF…Godly spiritual full awareness, deep accurate discernment and or perception.

 

If one then adds many chemicals, then one can do Self Damage, and/or OTHER human, valuable possession sorts of assessed damage..even big enduring addiction, rape, deadly OD, murder, major riots, etc.

 

ALSO, it’s not ELECTRONIC and/or BEAT..that automatically does ANY ONE THING…NO..it’s got to be the ONE AND ONLY… HOLY SPIRIT authoring, touching, igniting “music” “instrumentalists” “vocalists” and “beat” with HIS supernatural (Isaiah 10:27) “yoke breaking (delivering/healing, restoring) miracle power which REVIVES and no matter what RACE, WORSHIP CULTURE,a whole persons GOD CALLED /INNATE PREFERENCE, style, VOLUME…rhythm…Christ following leader, YOURS TRULY is all FOR ANY and mostly ALL OF IT!

AND IT’S FREE OF CHARGE….added bonus!

 

Thus, this empathetic, respecting leader writer has ENORMOUS personal (even giant) compassion, as well as a heart …PRO those who evidently feel the need to escape their certainly enormous life pressures, parental abuse, bullying, big stress …who have never even HEARD OF a NON RELIGIOUS, NON ACCUSER ministry SAVIOR and /or live with NO “internal deep mature stress RELIEF”…

 

….all of which God’s indwelling/comforting, insulating, fulfilling and BIG JOY producing always offers. ..For completely FREE..and with NO hangover …much less, with any fear of being arrested. Holy Spirit moving in the spirit, prophetic lively, jumping, detoxing COMFORTING majorly stress relieving WORSHIP is what I am after ..for HERE at the DFW LEADER MINISTRY FELLOWSHIP (gospel, indie, cultural, spontaneous, worship jazz, all rhythms, styles, AND anointed electro..repleat with worship dancing as Before the LORD ….the Audience of ONE)
