In this article, we’re going to TRY to get a GRIP on PREVENTING ILLNESS, along with DE-STRESSING, and also improving MENTAL HEALTH..(De-cluttering, de-stressing, De-toxing YOUR and my “ONLY NATURAL REAL LIFE.”

THUS we each will need to personally SELF EVALUATE:
1. Are WE being GOOD STEWARDS of what God has naturally blessed each with?

2. SPENDING TIME APART: How much TIME do we take off…literally, mentally, emotionally from the highly STRESSFUL work in the fields of the Loving LORD? Do we practice “sabbath time apart” ….in a non religious but practical, blessed, apostolic mini-vacation, abiding FIRST LOVE special Psalm 91 “in the Secret Place set apart Time?”

3. WHERE IS THE REAL TRUE INNER “ME?”
Can we identify with the INNER PART of our selves which is NOT the “head leader” “being over seer in big charge” (parent, senior pastor, entrepreneur) and FIND what is the REAL HUMAN BEING, LIFE underneath… BUT THEN..can the still remaining inner CHILD, FUN LOVING.. would be HAPPY (feeling responsible) CAMPER.. still come out to play?

4. ARE WE NEGLECTFUL? Are WE “respecting” OR “neglecting” to do all that we can possibly do (meaning both in the NATURAL over all sense as well as in the SPIRITUAL..in other words: taking a WELLNESS, PREVENTION, STUDYING HEALING SCRIPTURES..

…..not only to BE HEALED but to build up each of OUR own FAITH in ADVANCE so as to SELF GOVERN, SELF PROTECT..but also in addition, keep each of OUR OWN FAITH built up to apply it when ministering to ALL OTHERS?…..

ASIDE GOD IDEA: GOOGLE Healing SCRIPTURES and simply begin to DWELL UPON THEM, by sinking YOUR OWN FAITH into them …APPLIED WORD OF FAITH says:

HEBREWS 4:2″For to us was the gospel preached, as well as to them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

4.ONE OF THE BEST “GETTING READY TO PLAY”(and/or attempt to PRAY!) HELPFUL ALL TIME TIPS:
** plus this is also what we each need to do BEFORE trying to “get in with the Lord” meaning so that we can DISCERN and rightly PERCEIVE His Good Shepherds “still small voice” among the MANY OTHER leader, personal, inner, outer VOICES..

** Stay very quiet for a moment..meaning: LONG ENOUGH to self introspect, so as to be able to spiritually IDENTIFY any, ALL cares, big burdens, anxieties, fears, and THEN…give them EACH to the LORD…and let HIM carry all of them for YOU…

**WITH THAT HEAVY LOAD LIFTED….then YOU won’t feel so responsible, so mindful…plus it demonstrates your humble TRUST in GOD as LIVING LORD, TRUE PROVIDER and NON WORRIER.

**THEN take personal responsibility to LEAVE IT and ALL of them….completely up to GOD.

Please remember PSALM 110:1 “The Lord said to my lord, “Sit at My right hand while I make YOUR enemies YOUR footstool.

5. ONE MORE BIG PART of inner ‘SELF GOVERNING, SELF (APPLIED MOST HOLY FAITH) MANAGEMENT” is allowing GOD to be THE LORD GOD.

**SO Let’s us remember “JESUS CHRIST in Acts 10:38 who “went about doing good…” HOWEVER He also took time off to “play with the little children” and visit with friends, Mary, Martha and Lazarus!

**WE’RE ALL ONLY passing THROUGH this earthly veil. AND if we SELF GOVERN, practice simple SELF AWARENESS and NATURAL HEALTHY REAL LIFE ongoing NURTURING, Taking time off to be a GOOD STEWARD..meaning not to OVER ACHIEVE, UNDER DO but yet not continually OVER DO..then GOD the FATHER will grant us His (free) GRACE to be allowed to have BETTER ENDURING HEALTH.

6. Let us have the MOTTO: WE DO ALL WE KNOW TO DO ACCORDING TO DO IN THE NATURAL SENSE..BUT WE TRUST THE LORD TO GRANT US GRACE AND MERCY BEYOND EACH OF OUR DOING THAT

I.E.“We must assume the ongoing RESPONSIBILITY to do what is RIGHT in the NATURAL SENSE..but then apply each of our FAITH, implicit TRUST in the GOOD LEADER FATHER GOD to do all of these things meaning in the SUPERNATURAL (God methods revealed by Bible Study)

7.Very personally? The non legalistic writer would strongly advise 3 JOHN 1:2 thinking IN DEEP DEPTH about the implied supernatural, natural implications of this ONE AMAZING VERSE..

“Beloved above all things I wish that you would prosper and be in health even as YOUR SOUL PROSPERS.”

MORE TO COME LATER…yet right NOW…begin to analyze WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS about “prospering YOUR VERY OWN MORTAL, albeit HUMAN, never ending mind, will, and emotions.(aka the HUMAN SOUL).
