Above…a new less accusing, nonlegalistic, no guilt inducing, forceful, and/or shaming Christ Following Attending Church Fellowship helpful IDEA…

POINT: A Realistic Reminder about HUMAN BASIC NATURE..(this includes “YOU MUST go to church” and “Don’t YOU (dare)  forsake fellowshipping!!” “EAT YOUR OKRA!”..etc.

BIG REMINDER…”If you tell anyone they HAVE TO..it only makes them want to NOT DO IT even more.” My TCL Apostolic Hint

SO LET’S FIRST PONDER ..it’s HOW one might say /equip on Hebrews 10:25… or NOT…meaning conceivably..

Below is a “COMMAND” (try to envision angry Charlton Heston Moses) using “AUTHORITARIAN, AUTOCRATIC” LEADER AUTHORITY … Moses on the Mountain receiving the abiding TEN..then shortly after going down to find complete Chief Sinful Mayhem at the bottom of the Mountain ..whereupon Saint Moses throws down the Ten Commandment tablets, utterly HORRIFIED at the vast area SIN and CHASTIZES…. OPENLY REBUKES ….( along with forceful claps of thunder, giant darting bolts of lightening and then the  Mountain SHAKES)…

…Yet this nonwinsome Saintly Moses autocratic supreme example is  the sound in real life of neighbors, family, work mates, people mental memories ..as the legalistic WORDS automatically REMIND many of them of the beaucoups of other persons that have also NAGGED THEM, BARKED at them, ACCUSED them..all of which implies that those PERSON feel that THEY are BETTER than  THEY area…simply for “belonging to” “Attending”   ” a Christian Faith Filled Church” (I know, because I’ve HEARD TOO MANY of critical diverse local them)

COMMAND, USING  AUTHORITARIAN AUTHORITY: “Thou SHALT NOT forsake the fellowshipping with the saints, as some have!!!”** Hebrews 10:25

**NOTE: From the RELIGIOUS TONE in which the above Hebrews command is conveyed (as  this is assessed as Puritan ..”alias flame thrower”.. historical)…Then the Pauline teaching (in which Apostle Paul did NOT intend AUTHORITARIAN AUTOCRACY AUTHORITY)..sadly  too often comes across (or is regarded around the basic neighborhood) in the VAST  Basic Big Grass Roots …..as one of those Controlling Mama, Yelling Preacher, Ornery Neighbor Hypocrite method of  guilt trip methods, about which MAJOR AMOUNTS of People have giant PHOBIAS….as the TONE, ATTITUDE may give off the OLD VIBE that NOT GOING TO CHURCH will then cause one NOT MAKE IT TO HEAVEN…cause them to  burn in hell’s fires…be dimly regarded as A BIG SINNER..

The WHY…when a pastor, parent,  instruct on Hebrews 10:25 and/or regards it in the above same typical “back of the Mind” fashion…which IS WORKS, RULES GOVERNING LAW based and not RELATIONSHIP with GOD THE FATHER through JESUS CHRIST and BOOK OF EPHESIANS 4 Common Doctrine “RELATIONSHIP Based on fellowship with the LORD, others, and ENJOYING not fulfilling a Duty..All of this is much more gentle winsome as it is ONE BY ONE , Holy Spirit inwardly spiritually directed) (might be assessed as FAITH with GRACE) 

BIG TONE  CONTRAST

PERSUASIVE (YET NOT WEAK WUSS,GRACE WHICH IS TOO GREASY..AS IN PC)  PARENTAL GOVERNING AUTHORITY VS CONTROLLING AUTHORITARIAN AUTHORITY..comes to mind to PONDER as a Compare and Contrast Selah

THUS if said, trained as far more Back Under the Old Testament  Levitical Law Religious …as a RIGHTEOUS Works Command….

“GO TO FELLOWSHIP”..(YOU BETTER..OR ELSE!)

(And I must admit that I have  done that..)

YET….REALLY?  IS JESUS CHRIST, MESSIAH…ACTUALLY THAT MAJORLY AUTHORITARIAN?? (Yet we understand surely parents and children who are willful and resistant…so it’s one by one individual case by case situation where YOU have to hear from GOD on how to PLAY IT) I have been there!

ABIDING RELATIONSHIPS mean “iron sharpens iron, role models, mentors, impartation, acceptance and feeling desired, welcome in an abiding community, far more”

BUT want to elaborate  more on the (USA Culture Subconscious, TV Media,Movies Historical Echoing Continuing ‘RELIGIOUS. BORN AGAIN STEREOTYPE)  PURITAN, AUTHORITARIAN METHOD…

WONDERING…WHAT IS THE OBJECT OF CHURCH ONGOING ATTENDANCE? …REQUIRED RULES? RELIGIOUS REGULATIONS? KEEPING TABS ON THE LEADERSHIP JONESES?

SURELY…SOME THE MAIN PURPOSES ARE TRAINING, GOD’S SPIRIT, PURE HEARTED SINCERE MOTIVATION … CLOSE PERSONAL THE LORD, LOVING COMMUNITY,   RELATIONSHIP

PLUS MUCH MORE.

AND THIS WITNESS SETS A TONE WHICH  IS FAR MORE PERSUASIVE, NOT GUILT TRIPPING, RIGID LEGALISTIC (ACCUSATIVE)

 

 

BENEATH…a new IDEA “WE, I, YOU don’t HAVE to go, WE, I, YOU GET to go..” (PS see TD’s COMMON DOCTRINES OF EPHESIANS  4 on the link at the top of ONLINEFELLOWSHIP.US if you don’t quite understand)

NOTE.. BENEATH IS “NON” AUTHORITARIAN, CONTROLLING, OR OVERLY FORCEFUL, OT LEGALISTIC..and that method happens to be the KJV Version (no authoritarian sound in this, no veiled threats or Sin Conscious  Auguste Tones)…

“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” Abiding Relationship Hebrews 10:25

NOW READ SIMILAR IN MANY OTHER OFFICIAL BIBLE TRANSLATIONS OF HEBREWS 10:25…it doesn’t condemn, induce either guilt or accusation and is NOT a Legalistic Levitical Command. (never even comes across like OT Law in any translation)
