WHAT WE MEAN BY THE USE OF THE DESCRIPTURE TERM:  FREE RANGE PASTOR

DFW LOF, TCL FREE RANGE PASTOR: PERSONAL  PASTOR BY GOD’S DIVINE APPOINTMENT

RATHER than remain inside the four walls of a church building, the FREE RANGE (servant leader) PASTOR is specifically called, Holy Spirit divinely LEAD and chiefly SENT to be “out there among them.”

 

He/she is SENT to be a SHEEP HERDER,rather than a sheep STEALER as some of religious leader, (most of whom are into Turf Protecting) would surmise.

 

THE SHEEP HERDER is out for the welfare of each one of God’s SHEEP ..even at the expense to having any income or GREAT NUMBERS. They regard each human person with full respect and then help them to find out the best place to fellowship..which  specifically (tries to) match their NEED.

 

If the FREE RANGE (sheep herder style) pastor is authentic, then he/she will steer each person to another pastor’s fellowship..rather than to keep them. (That is the Sheep Herding meaningful part).

The Authentic  Free Ranges mature Pastor truly understands that it pleases God when His dear sheep are treated with utmost respect …and integrity.

 

MAJOR LEADER POINT: TAKING IN COLLECTIONS, MONIES, Tithes, offerings are NOT the top priority.

ANOTHER  MAJOR POINT.. If a person is  has been severely wounded by AUTHORITY, then the Free Range leader will simply “BE THERE” for that person, family, or bigger group.

 

Apostolic Ministry Example: This ministerr writer has watched this genuine “informal, not one giant group” truly work well in  in trailer parks, hangouts and restaurant booths. The idea is WHAT EVER SITUATION really WORKS…is fine.

 

FOR THE TRADTIONAL..GOD USES THEM BOTH: MALES AND FEMALES

FOR AT LEAST ONE REASON….IF the an attending male has been repeatedly wounded by a male leader authority OR has been raised only by women(grandmother, mothers, aunts) then sometimes real strong MEN will perceive the female Free Range Senior Authority and feel like it’s a good fit. (I understand this opens the door for much more indepth discussion..due to maintaining proprieties..but let this experienced apostle who is a Free Ranch Pastor TYPE…share, that as a LEADER WOMAN..she perceives all boundaries on a continual basis and does not one to one counsel, but refers to professional male ministers, and /or God sent male teammates. (Teammate, TAG TEAM senior ministry)

WHERE TO BEGIN…PRAYERFULLY SEEK GOD TO CONFIRM HIS SELECT “SENT” SPOT

The Right leader, free range fellowshipping Safe Haven Spot..is the one which allows the PERSON to feel safe, accepted and respected while giving the pastor an open door to share the love, encouraging Bible passage, and or impart, role model positive, potentially persuasive leader authority, rather than critical,  and /or black and white authoritarian, and/or dominating autocratic (barking orders)..the latter 2 being  very poor controlling leader authority.

With all of the current overseer “Need to be OVER you”…reproducing overuse of hierarchy,Big I’s and Little Peon You’s (in the grass roots ministry!) and with leader trends of apostolic Phariesee “minding others business..minus any relationship and/or that other person being official SIGNED UP to be UNDER them (as in their Member)…after repeatedly assessing the prophetic overseer lay of the USA OT Levitical Legalistic barren clubby land, the following assessment must be made..and pointed to:

M.Y.O.B. DOES NOT OFTEN EXIST IN THE (NON SERVANT LEADER) LOCALS

TROUBLES ARISE when the local “religious sin spying crowd” see another grown up person acting like an office but NOT bound by 4 religious walls and /or NOT  perceived as “under” a FAMOUS KNOWN TV or “the covering of a local pastor”….such is the fodder of Tiny Narrow Minds who have big trends and accuser misinterpreation of abiding JAMES 3:17 /”mutual submission” Epheshians 5:21, Commonly held Doctrine Ephesians 4) and Gossip Free Apostolic Ministry RELATIONSHIP value and respect…as in “no where to be heard a rumor mongerings, apostolic office spiritual tale bearing leader word)  area mouth..

And NO genuine ALL KINDS, STYLES of human real persons truly RESPECTING would ever think of “possessing” “owning” any one of God’s choice people. Nor would they need to rule, to control, to dominate and/or to apply any undue pressure to perform, to do, to believe and/or to cough up funds.

 

And because the Free Range Pastor is not ruled by a need to have many PEOPLE, PERKS and office POWER, the he/she will not regard other persons as “theirs” and will forgo the very popular USA Christian leader accusing comments about “church hoppers” “unsubmitted to “OUR usually formal, passed down traditions, and/or mixed in Old Testament Levitical Legalism” (missing Eph 5:21 ,Common Doctrine Eph 4, James 3:17 “easily entreated”  to just name a few)

 

In light of the strict, narrow Old Testament  Law, OT Levitical Patriarchism APOSTLE PAUL gives his own amazing Spiritual Authority (not under the OT Law)…in Galatians 1:1-2 (note: this is how we at DFW Leader Ministry Fellowship, Apostle Taveau D’Arcy regard our God given, non people accusing (assessing but not accusing)

Apostolic General Authority: Galatians 1:1-2

“Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;)

² And all the brethren which are with me, unto the churches of Galatia”

 

SO, if Galatians 1:1-2 authority was God revealed and acceptable to the Lord, for Paul, then it is a valid pure office, minister, senior ministry leader authority Hero Role Model..and definitely (prayerfully) appropriate for those whom God’s Holy Spirit specifically confirms and directs.
