ONE KEY..when LISTENING, WATCHING the WORLD’S attention grabbing Realm of MUSIC..

(to avoid or be cured of very MUCH deep oppression/avoid unnecessary DEPRESSION) (not giving medical advice, it’s NOT referring to MEDICAL DEPRESSION )

Perceive and discern WHEN you sense that YOU are at YOUR (very OWN) Tipping POINT (to avoid becoming too oppressed, beginning to feel very DOWN…sliding next into being full out DEPRESSED, ETC).
Let the LORD guide YOU. ( Adventurous TD used to love SUPER LONG MANY HOURS, FREQUENTLY…of BIG secular( “progressive” was the word) truly hard rock. Repeated DAY after DAY (back in the day)…Yet at the same time, she (wondered WHY?) struggled a bit with depression…however, when the LORD showed me that I was feeding my SPIRIT ,SOUL realm with OVERLOADS..and I adjusted that, even stopped listening to DARK, negative WORDS…in pop culture music…… And remarkable, since doing that, YET also focusing on LIFE, BIBLE renewing my MIND and keeping my HEART on basically following the leading of CHRIST…THANKFULLY.. I have NOT, rarely had ANY, meaning NADA, ZERO… form of depression at ALL (other than when I was formerly deeply abused)
KNOW YOURSELF…in your “KNOWER” (perceiver, discerner realm) way down on the deep inside
So then YOU can be ALERT ..in order to self diagnose, prescreen to AVOID negative applied UNSEEN forces
ALSO ask JESUS into YOUR HEART.. for He gives His free gift, grace…the GIFT of His all knowing HOLY SPIRIT…which will be like a tiny GPS coming from the INSIDE to GET YOUR ATTENTION…plus, reading and studying about this, can eventually make YOU far more ATTUNE, which equals MUCH MORE perceptive and intuitive and discerning in LIFE, as well as about WHAT YOUR TUNING IN TO music REAL wise…
(Examples: about WHAT and HOW MUCH, WHAT KIND and HOW LONG to “audio immerge.”etc)

ASIDE FOR THE HEIGHTENED RELIGIOUS: I am realistic that not everyone who reads this ONLY LISTENS TO, SINGS CHRISTIAN HYMNS and WORSHIP CHORUSES…therefore..it is for THEM that the writer person pens about this. For the REAL REASON, we don’t want ANYONE getting even marginally depressed, much less deeply…. which often produces contemplating, even sadly COMMITTING… SUICIDE…Now… are we making it very CLEAR?

A GOOD WATCH WORD? “YOU OWN IT…MEANING..YOU need to have (Take Ownership, Take Authority OVER) the MUSIC…BEFORE the MUSIC has (deeply oppresses) YOU” …..meaning to avoid slick, silent BUILDUP, DEPRESSION, OPPRESSION type …(lingering!) OVERLOADS, Turn it OFF and change the station, AVOID IT until YOU perceive and discern, assess that the TIME is right. (meaning for those who prefer THE SECULAR)

MARK 4:24 “Then He said to them, “Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given.” (Implying…GOOD INTAKE will reproduce GOOD, UPBEAT, POSITIVE, KIND, HAPPY but the NEGATIVE, DARK, DEPRESSING, ACCUSING (overload) intake… will also reproduce (over time) it’s OWN spiritual damaging specific KIND.
ROMANS 10:17 “Faith comes by hearing…” meaning POSITIVE, UPLIFTING or……DEPRESSING, VERY OPPRESSIVE, as in NEGATIVE, (human mortal SOUL (mind, will, emotions) DOWNCASTING…

NOTE: I was going to also post the SOULISH SOB of GILBERT O’SULLIVAN CLASSIC RETRO…”ALONE AGAIN NATURALLY”(GOOGLE YOU TUBE) from the 70’s but when I reviewed the WORDS…O MY..FAR TOO SOLO ALONE …. DEPRESSING. (But I recall ministry FRIENDS who used it as a MANTRA for their own “PITY PARTIES”..)

JUST BENEATH…a CONTEMPLATIVE, yet EMPOWERING..AFFIRMING (SOLO ALONENESS …as a BIG FACT)…. yet while it’s UPBEAT, the WORDS are now deeply filtered into OUR retentive MINDS…and while it’s WAY RETRO… it’s STILL popular as it’s OFTEN recurrently WESTERN CULTURE and feeding within MAINSTREAM SOLO HUMAN PERSONAL SUBCONSCIOUS…(hey,not CRITICIZING…simply deeply ANALYZING…..as I always respected many, including THIS ONE …as a winner CLASSIC!)
