DE-SPOOKYFYING THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY: MINISTRY, LEADER, LAY LACK OF KNOWLEDGE
WHEN addressing the move of the Holy Spirit, moving in the gifts of the spirit, and most specifically when attempting to train on the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, as it is SUCH a big red flag ministry BUZZ WORD, hot topic, Big concept: one apostolic book can only address it “IN PART.”
Therefore, in order to the deep topic of spirit of prophetic justice, it will take much time and a lot of in depth accompanying side topics. Please bear with me in this lengthy study. Gracias!
SIDE TOPIC:TRUE SPIRITUAL SUBMISSION (a topic for an entire book in itself, due to the need to discern among all of the modern popular culture trends in eclectic, legalistic, pet tradition, current mixture of apostolic “are you under another’s spiritual authority” “what is spiritual covering” and “what is getting Old Testament Levitical Law mixed in with the freedom in Christ of the New Testament?” (See PART 2 of this STUDY for an alternate TCL PARACHUTE SPIRITUAL COVERING AUTHORITY)
Thus the writer will eventually specifically address all of this.
YET, the real need is for accurate clear discernment, the MAN DIFFERENT TYPES of “Bible ongoing true authority” and for each persons HUMILITY to yield in James 3:17, Ephesians 5:21 Bible due form, while achieving a healthy level of SELF GOVERNMENT : all of which assist in observing, maintaining true submission in each of the Church, Family, Ministry, Home, Relationships and governmental somewhat subjective areas.
Doing so then gives each true prophetic minister the balance, genuine relational/ministerial humility and residing ministry James 3:17 hallmarks, which are just now needed to model the PURELY ORGANIC Jesus Christ, the chief Apostolic Messiah, and Minister in the Office and non-religious Spirit of Prophecy, in the Way that represents the True Regal King of Kings and Humble Servant Pioneering Senior Minister.
THEREFORE, when we discuss TRUE BIBLE SUBMISSION:
THE FIRST form of submission is unto God and His unfailing Word.
- SECOND is house hold head proper OFFICE, MINISTRY, HOME, BIBLE MINISTRY APOSTOLIC CHAIN OF COMMAND
- ‘THIRD: The third is the senior leader asks God for the proper spiritual leaders to practice ministry, personal accountability, fellowship, “iron sharpens iron” and mature prayer covering. perceiver over “SEER” apostolic “safety in the number of counselors” leader wisdom.
HOWEVER this topic of AUTHORITY, BIBLE ROLES, MATURE OFFICES, and in come of the well known ministry groups “the need to be under spiritual covering”/headship, oversight, may or may not be a very complex, even legalistic, even thorny remaining issue.
And this is the main reason WHY the writer has studied this, after participating widely in regional cross denominational senior pastors, ministers repentance, racial reconciliation for the purposes of REVIVAL ongoing regional meetings.
As MANY do not see this as an ISSUE (as her own senior pastor Dad, and ministry relatives, board members, and close ministry pastor, spiritual wise advisor numerous friends did NOT)..yet out in MIXTURE of charismatic, very pentecostal, evangelical, and many kinds of non denominational, which included all RACES…it was ONLY in the primarily Western European Patriarchal senior prophetic ministers where any of this “covering/being under another’s spiritual authority” really mattered.

BUT after being attacked out of order, 3 times over 20 years, in a NON private, VERY NON Matthew 18:15-18 proper (respectful?) true Bible leader order, then the LORD impressed upon the HER that this was mixture , misogynist RUDE ACCUSER SUSPICIOUS FRUIT which did not make HIS NAME GREAT,but rather painted a misshapen portrait of the Isaiah 11:3 nonAccusative winsome, fully respectful MESSIAH, who “delighted in the fear of the Lord, and did not JUDGE by the sight of His eyes, nor make decisions based on what HE HEARD.”
So we accepted the challenge to study local church Bible doctrines…for the purposes of DE-FRAGGING the ACCUSER in order to help ensure that ALL of God’s Houses are SAFE, EMOTIONALLY HEALTHY, ACCEPTING HOUSES.
And out in middle class, among grass roots, highly media, local apostolic teacher widely influenced, this crucial SUBJECT is now huge (seeming) where ever the SPIRITUAL GIFTS are attempting to move and where there are mostly great apostolic worship founts and Bible spirit of prophecy teaching, mentoring.
YET, it is here, where the Local Church might be it’s most affective, in a front lines true sense, due to MEDIA,MIXTURE, LACK OF KNOWLEDGE and immature traditional Old Testament Levitical Patriarchism, some arrogant aristocratic elite Patricianism, among new elevated doctrines of the Nicolaitians and immature Boanerge impure self promotion seeking, winds of doctrine, human flesh instead represent PHARISEE ACCUSATION and leave over many repeatedly wounded, gossiped all about in the local rural, mostly deep south, ministry affected oppressed regions.
This is why the writer now warns and Bible SELAH Equips. It is due to the last 25-30 years of being sent out into the primarily charismatic prophetic media influenced, TV watching 5 fold office worship culture.
THERE she has also seen GREAT AMAZING THINGS and PASTORS, MINISTERS but intermixed has endured her share of ministry Pharisee being accuser watched and finally, in 2012, the Lord released her from her and gave her a 2 year writing, having FUN AGAIN, time off…not from MINISTRY but from mentoring, serving , senior pioneering in Grass Roots.

Her heart now truly understands what local mature, wise, healthy pastors, ministers encounter. And hopefully by her addressing such hot ministry topics, some of this can help encourage, strengthen and equip many of them by offering KERNEL “to produce new realistic leader thought” Bible Teaching.
Yet, for just now, I do not want to get sidetracked on this topic, but later, once God tells me, then I want to speak more on striking the balance required for maintaining simple purity with maturity in the administration of these gifts.
THE ATTEMPT TO SIDELINE, DECEIVER, THWART THE PURPOSE OF THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY
When ever we endeavor to understand the LORD, HIS GIFTS and how to DISCERN and PERCEIVE, most surely the mindblinder, satan, will continually try to put assignments to pervert and subvert the use of what God has always intended to be one of His innocent, wonderful, pleasurable but very righteous spiritual gift. Which in this case, we name as God’s genuine, non ELITIST or SNOBBY, non offensive, non-predatory, NON SPOOKY, loving, often gentle, SPIRIT OF PROPHECY.

Herein Note: the writer of this Bible study uses the words “prophecy” and “the spirit of prophecy” interchangeably without ever meaning “the office of the prophet” unless specifically noting that.
The writer of this Bible study also uses the words “the spirit of prophecy, and any Bible teaching done with regards to any manner in which persons who learn about moving in the spirit of prophecy to be warned to remain in balance with how Jesus Christ Himself, the Truest of All True Prophets, conducted Himself in the ministry but also in private. To do this, each one must adhere to the following Checks and Balances verse
Jesus went about doing good: “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” Acts 10:38
Errant doctrines make us view each other through foggy lenses
*The main purpose for this Bible study of the words “the spirit of prophecy in this Bible is solely to make it more simple, understandable and attainable (as in,that this spirit is not elitist or exclusive).
*Another real reason for bringing forth what may be an spiritual outbreak of witnessing to those who are in need and those who are not yet saved.
Full and clear Bible based understanding must demystify the spirit of prophecy to remove the many religious stigmas already attached to even the mention of the words. “spirit of prophecy.”
The writer reminds all seekers to please remove all previous,even religious preconceived ideas or self prescribed pseudo prophetic doctrines and to please realize that focusing on moving the saints toward use of the spirit of prophecy has nothing whatsoever to do with being a part of New Age or psychic or the occult.
And if that even comes up as a blip any where in your soul or spirit, then you first need to allow this Bible study to construct some brand new ideas.
There are many different view points on the spirit of prophecy

Not a single person,including this Bible study writer or any of the many others, truly knows “it ALL.” Hence, the author of this Bible study places food for thought and prayer in the following but asks each one of you “pick out the stubble but eat the hay.”
ONCE again: to merely STUDY any spiritual gift never turns any body into the office associated with a more spiritually developed and mature but God assigned “office” of that same gift.
So, I advise that this entire Bibles study be downloaded for meditation and prayerful study, but one must be aware that if the result of any of the moving in the spirit of prophecy DOES NOT RESULT in the fruit acting more like Jesus would have acted, then quickly toss it all out!
Sr. Pastors, when you produce spiritual fruit by your training persons in the use of the spirit prophecy, never cease to review what type of spiritual fruit your own teaching is produced out in the ranks (the congregation). If the fruit is good, then God’s people will be happy, outgoing, evangelizing child like yet loving. If your teaching is bearing bad fruit, the people will be jealous, self centered, spooky, or dominating, and never satisfied.
A part of this Bible study will open itself up to questions and answers. One of the biggest enduring questions which many believers deal with is the frustration we all encounter when God gives us a rhema Bible verse or we get a word from the Lord, The Timing. Please keep checking back ,since I want to address this and many other deep questions.
But first, we must set the stage for all of that.
To keep the “Testimony of Jesus” truly reflected in any who are used by God in the “spirit of prophecy….” then must have checks and balances for reminding ourselves to be used much more widely by the Spirit of God, but to continue to remain balanced by knowing how and when to “turn it all off” in order to even be more effective in dealing with unsaved ‘quasi normal’ blessed folks, including real and some spiritual children.
The key is ELIMINATE the FEAR FACTOR, the FEAR OF MEN”S FACES factor, ELIMINATE the SPACE CADET, WORD JUNKY FACTORS and then please make it plain and simple and easy to understand.
That is part of the real goals of this online Bible study.
