MY EXPERIENCE WITH “CHURCH HOPPING”

Q.Why did the church hopper cross the road?

A. Because the church he was going to attend next was on the other side.

My experience with “church hopping”(leaders who keep tabs on all others, train their ministers, lay to note, WHO is a “official Church MEMBER, ATTENDER who is faithful to THEIR (presumed) “ONE TRUE Participating (mostly prophetic) CHURCH” VS the person who is NOT..began 25 East Coast small minded region MANY YEARS ago.

I had NOT been raised that way and felt it was never ANYBODY’S business (only between the LORD and MYSELF) re IF I attended, BELONGED, SIGNED UP ON the spiritual dotted line) and I still believe that is the WAY. Evidently NOT NARY A LEVITICAL LEGALISTIC ONE..had ever purposed to read regarding THE CHRIST (read Gospels Matt, Mark, Luke, John WHEN He was alive in ministry on EARTH) …informing his 12 first church ministers, area staff to keep track and note WHO attended, how often,to ONE or MORE House churches. AND Bible scripture notes that the first church went “HOUSE HOUSE”..meaning..apparently..they were ALL informal CHURCH HOPPERS!

But..all of this apostolic nosey busy body-ness, acute Overseer Religious Peering PHARISEEISM, really colored my FREEDOM VIEW re Hebrew 10:25 command to “fellowship with the saints.” OF COURSE it caused me to be a Noble Berean and dig into the first church ,Apostle Paul, and OT Law VS NEW Christs FREEDOM, Leader Common Doctrine Eph 4, and at least TRY to determine what is “organic” to following Christ (“organic” meaning “without any human added synthetic ingredients”).

Hence the MANY apostolic blogs: www.dfwleader.org, www.relationshiptheology.org and MANY MANY prophetic MORE. ACUTE KEEPING TRACK of others BUSINESS of course, breeds ACCUSATION which is NOT found in CHRIST’S walk and Senior Office Ministry. Again, the overseer people watchers of JESUS Day, were NOT His first 12..but the accusative, remaining superiour clannish and far off..Pharisees.

BIG POINT: Matthew 23 the ONLY open rebuke of ANY people group … in RED LETTERS by JESUS to the (drumroll) nosey busy body (always RULES CONSCIOUS) critical area PHARISEES.

BOTTOM RELIGIOUS LINE: It seems to me, that the MODERN DAY overseer LEGALIST, CHIEF APOSTLE, ELEVATED OFFICE, PEERING PASTOR… in the local mostly super SMALL to MEDIUM size “abiding FELLOWSHIP” has either the need to PRESERVE THE TITHES by continually critizing local NON ATTENDERS or ones who are “CAUGHT” going to MORE than ONE preferred CHURCH… for the regional legalistic untrue (based on EPH 4 COMMON DOCTRINES soberly JUDGE and unjustly ACCUSE that SUPPOSEDLY, JESUS CHRIST would FROWN on the “assessed CHURCH HOPPER for (sincerely quoting HEBREWS 10:25 loosely”ONE MUST FAITHFULLY ATTEND” and “ONLY ONE PROPHETIC PERFERRED CHURCH” ..or ELSE they are “IN REBELLION” not “UNDER” (their own view of) “SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY.”
