ALSO A WEARY WARNING about Cheap Quality Poor Service Unreliable “ADVERTISED AS GOOD” “Hosting” domains:

First, you should note: I signed up online and began to blog, design, file, and record around 2010 in DFW with the then-responsible, fine quality, and live phone and quality chat back then, using Fatcow.
And so it remained, with two separate hosting accounts and fine high-quality, eager, and well-trained quality and present help. That is until it was purchased, I believe, in 2023 by Web Hosting something. It was then I noted the quality of tech help began to go down and take longer periods of time. Yet, it’s not until the issues began service below in mid-2023 that I found Blue Hosting now has taken over (refers to them as an affiliate), and what is depicted below is the extreme suffering that I now pay for. But as soon as I get settled and find decent equivalent hosting, I am gone.
Please note that the (appearing to be the new owner) Blue Hosting uses this same chat box on every product line under them on the market, or so it appears: “Blue Hosting,” “Substack,” “Hostgator,” and this “Fatcow,” and surely more.
TUESDAY OCT 17: FRESH UPDATE. THEY DON’T EVEN LET THE BANKS SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON!!
While there is no phone to call to get a live human to get help or file a complaint, no email to file a complaint (it comes back “contact the Demonic Chat”), and “no” non-dysfunctional Fat Cow Chat-seeming people (described below), I did take it upon myself to review the phone number, which is required on every bank card transaction, which is shown on online banking account deep records.
And I found the one mentioned below (which is listed as a Fatcow official First United Bank of OK “contact” (for the bank). Yet, when I called it before attempting one more time to get all the beneath resolved, it too said, “we no longer have a working phone number, so please contact to our live chat help.”

Which from prior many HORRIBLE Experiences might very be what follows:

Today, the most recent turmoil. They removed all help or ability to complain to a human person:
- By phone
- By email
And I +we are left only with the illusive and sparse, AKA Chat Help, which at the first, mostly bots and long waiting.
Next, if and when a real person arrives, it strongly seems that up to 80% now do not read English well enough to “understand the presented problem.” So, hence, they often do not respond with any answer that pertains to the real question. Those that do appear to read and understand the basic and/or complex hosting turf, this past 2 months have been highly inept as never once ever before (as I know the turf of WordPress), and frequent errors. I can ask knowledge questions, but right now, lately, nobody in one or two chats could tell me about name servers, CNames, or could figure out how to “redirect” one domain to another, which is part of my webmaking life!
Seems this new Blue Host version (AKA, they say they are affiliates) of Fatcow tech help crop is illiterate, morbid, goes to high school. Never more than 3 on duty, it seems, and at least are on their lunch break. Meaning “every chat, never every single day (day or nighttime). The others who are not in the 20% of top quality remaining Old Guard Fatcow Tech Help now appear to be asleep, many indifferent, never thoroughly trained. Or in these work from days, perhaps, I envisioned them once (shared it on the chat room) that perhaps now the staff was working in bed from home and falling asleep or were busy studying for their high school or college exams the next day (meaning for sure).
And/or perhaps these novices seem sleepy “Tech Chat Room Staff” are more interested in the Netflix series or their online video games. And perhaps that is why each step takes so long.
Also, maybe they’re underpaid and simply not eating healthily and are too tired to provide the best quality service for the paying customer, be they male or female. Mmm!
And perhaps in these days of minimizing, peculiar, or hardened toxic many people, persons, some, here and there, may enjoy tormenting the customer and prolonging the time and the big stress, simply for sport. However, I am not saying that I know this for sure, for there are a mystery and quite enigmatic and kept invisible.
(SINCE THIS NEW BLUE HOST partnered with Fatcow, seeming 2023) So they seem 80% rather dysfunctional. And I am not teasing one bit.
And this following 12-14 years as a faithful, quality, satisfied paying customer who had over these years 120-150 blogs with only two hosting accounts!

Here’s the Big Test
In June 2023 abouts, these New Owners subtly raised the rates….but they forgot to tell us…
ALSO when I went on line to pay a weird extra “box” appeared.. that they had never seen before. It a separate line for “tax.’ Which up then had been “included ” ..and not a separate payment.
I questioned that. Also, wondered it is a inside job by a knowledgeble Fatcow Employee ” Hacker.” and ( by using reasoning) Q. .Did that possible ” hacker’ place that extra box, in just a tiny amount (to be unnoticeable) yet to take in money by doing similar on thousands of other Fatcow payment carts?? Reason.. Because was $1.32 “tax” …which was more ..and oddly placed, compared to the last months of a usual same “amount.”
So, I mentioned this to the Fatcow help (via their chat), and I got withstood, and the big boss argued back. So, I showed them proof online from before, meaning many months, but they disagreed.
So I just phoned my bank and filed a dispute, which I won. And it seems to be not such a “big deal,” but it’s principal, and me noticing that odd box demanding the payment of that mysterious $1.32. Yet, in light of the world situations, not so big a deal.
But tonight (Oct 16) and then again today (Oct 17) was different and bigger, and a real person will help. I was sending them copies to prove I had paid but was avoided and distanced from. Also, the main biggest deal is that their error had suspended 20 of my accounts, so I felt held hostage by Fatcow ineptness or mean bias (misogyny or anti-perceived Born Again Christian and/or racism). One cannot be sure that this is that, but nowadays, one cannot be sure that it is not.
So this one human bartered back and forth in three interminable, frustrating long chats, and I finally quit in exasperation after 2 1/2 hours, and no one was willing to admit that I had paid. No one, nowhere, none of them. I requested a top manager, and they avoided and kept replying with stupid questions, which made me believe I was being radically avoided or mean-biased against.
Also, not one single person regarded my bank screen of the prompt payment, which they have pocketed as “proof.” They still wasted time with false replies, even trying to sell me more hosting for $224 (the quote, “I will cut you a good deal,” “10% off”).
To which the Maven says a “duh,” which is both dubious and displeased. As I even wrote them three times in different, majorly long, tiring chats that this was bad for their brand and their former fine, spotless reputation.
Please note that the cross-cultural, diverse, respecting Apostolic Theological Maven is very reasonable but not gullible.
Hence, I will explain: I got an email from them today warning me that my hosting account with blogs had been suspended due to non-payment, yet I had paid.
And I had the proof from my online banking “screen shot of the debited transaction”
So my plan was to contact FATCOW to resolve it (and hopefully FAST and in ONE Chat Session) And to be upfront, I sent Fatcow Chat my proof which was a screen shot of the amount they had been paid precisely one time..if not, one day before it was due!Â
But the Sly and Biased Seeming Dubious Fatcow Chat wanted NO PART of it ..I am being stonewalled..by
1. BIG BUNCHES OF TIME WASTING BOTS.. which take longs time and are time consuming, relentless…to the max. (Shows a company on a strict barely making economy) which is a frankly believe is the BLUE HOST/FATCOW partnership
2. An unusually very long wait a live person (and if it’s later in the day IF ANY will appear) that happened 2-3 since June 2023 after the Big Buyout
3. The “TECH PAID STAFF” ANONYMOUS chosen person reads my info wrong and asks me REPEATEDLY to tell them what I just told them already in writing!.
4.SOMETIMES…never once before ever been like this UNTIL 2022 -23..Nobody knows anywhere knows anything. They answer back but it’s not even the right topic. It’s like Space vacuous and goes in for Eternity!!
5. I ask for a more qualified help…if they do not appear to real English OR know their high tech turf sufficiently (as I, we pay them for going through all of this) however, that is often ignored, not ready closely and begs to have to be repeated OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN…
6. Or I now am suspecting I get ignored ! (speaking for the masses)
(OR else there ARE none truly qualified have no management to ask to help them…..)
7. COMPLAINT: (last 2 months especially, growing worse!!)
So I request a manager .but nobody responds…We are in the Chat like it their method of War. Against us ..the paying client!!
8. THEN It occurs to me than this can be an easy online ruse to sucker money from all of us clients. As the DOOR IS CLOSED ON US to get PROPER HELP OR ADDRESS these big issues…YET they OWN THE ONLY DOOR which is THEIR FATCOW CHAT BOX Bot Laden Door
HERE ISÂ THE HOW.
A. They claim that we have not paid (note, I can’t log into any material on my blogs!!)
B. Please note; they have given me, us, THE PAYING CLIENT no way to speak to a live person on the phone, email, or chat, as they are in hiding out of reason for theft since they are in control, keeping me and many other hosting customers.
C. Eight (8) solid times I sent a copy of the paid bank screenshot, and I get back many ‘replies,’ which seem to run me ragged to tire me out, or perhaps these new chat personnel cannot read much English and are new grads, meaning novices.
D. ANTI USA BIG BIAS..Or, as an American “white woman,” I am being prejudiced against, cited and answered differently, ignored, or given the big run-around due to little women in their vast culture.
D. This ample “direct hindering” MIGHT BE intentionally orchestrated and slyly institutionalized with the Name Brand. *to cut costs
E. AFTERTHOUGHT…could be ONLINE GRAFTING…It seems this might be a well-thought-out plan to graft money from many customers who will have no method of getting help from real top people, and should this be done systematically, it could make them a fortune at our expense.
- For example, that weird first $1.32 was so small, yet picture that subtle amount being fraudulently charged to thousands. And that adds up, it can make these millionaires overnight. So to speak.
- So, I filed over the bank dispute over mere $1.32 (and the mean calculated diagreeing) as it was strange and a matter of principle.
But NOW in this report?!!..it’s majorly worse; I can’t get into my many blogs, which are important, and nobody will receive my proof (the bank screenshot).
So PLEASE lift this up in prayer that God will resolve all of this and that HE will provide the proper happy new hosting group, which has a LIVE HELP somewhere but also a super low cost. Thanks.
SAYING IN RETROSPECT
THIS NEW BRAND mentioned herein., in retrospect, in the hosting realm has been so biased, senseless, bad for their business, not mine, and also hugely pressurized.
I do not want to go through all of this and have to pay money to be dismissed, disrespected, and possibly used for dollars.
The overview and the big irony of me telling all of this is profit. They are in business, presumably to make good profits, which I want them to have. Yet, they are bending over backward to drive off their own faithful, dependent clients.
AND, bottom line…What is the matter with this BIGÂ picture?
AND THIS KIND, FAIR, HUMOROUS LEADER MAVENÂ has suffered a lot of abuse in the last 3-4 months due to the new Fatcow regime when all I ever needed to do was pay for a reliable, easy, and precise domain host so that I could go about doing the ministry work of the Holy Most High Lord.
All I did to have to endure all of this is to sign on to give Fatcow/Blue Host my money. AND this is how they treat their customers.Â
HOW GREEN WAS MY GREEN BACK?
FIRST So nobody will think the Raven Maven is prejudiced
AND THIS MY PAYBACK for allowing THEM to accept MY MONEY..and at the increased Higher New Rates..but WHAT FOR?
AT LEAST IN MY OPINION…I now pay Higher Hosting Fees to have less staff, very poor quality, no redress, perhaps ministry big bias….
AND when THEY OR I make a mistake, their no impartial wise careful guarding person …so whoever is at the end of this Billing Adventure appears to be more skilled at ducking, avoiding and in deep denial skilled tough refusing persons.
And, if this is a chief deceptive ploy in their seemingly chief orchestrated system, maybe it’s worth a class-action investigation, which I am mega willing to do. Reason: it’s giant, and it includes Blue Host, not only Fatcow but also the highly popular Blue Hosting-owned Substack, which I hear is really popular.
