Recently, following 10 severe years pioneering in the desert Deep Southwest “five fold office ministry” I felt impressed to visit a large mega church..which is NOT charismatic ..but which actually turned out to be the MOST ACCEPTING, MALE FEMALE RESPECTING PLACE devoid of Big I’s, Little You’s and Old Testament Western European Patriarchism/senior ministry chauvinism and/or the commonly practiced aristocratic W.E.Roman Patricianism doming ministry legalistic authority.

(All of this errant mixture doctrines were what finally created NOBLE BEREAN BIBLE STUDY on this submitted writer’s part and all of this ended up producing IFFM DFW ONLINE MINISTRY FELLOWSHIP…and ALL of the many other “To Stimulate New Realistic Thinking DR TD apostolic servant leader messenger blogs.”

THE UNHOLY Spiritual Government, Legalistic Rules based NOT INTO RELATIONSHIPS primarily laws generally reproduced what the writer would submit are many BIG and VERY SMALL “BIG RELIGIOUS OVERSEER SYSTEMS”…which are presumably set in place to keep governing OVERSEER CONTROL over the masses or the MICRO mini very few.

AND AFTER being amongst /ministering along with, senior leading, guest speaking… with diverse races/ministry differing basic styles of true BIBLE BELIEVERS on the east coast, in hindsight, I was never around ANY grass roots senior ministry which put impersonal, over watching, BIG RELIGIOUS OT PHARISEE PRODUCING SYSTEMS set in place..all (of the many of which) appear to place top value on MAKING SURE THE BIG SYSTEM IS IN GOVERNMENTAL WORKING CONTROLLING ORDER rather than valuing RELATIONSHIPS more.

NOW, some within each SYSTEM do have fine relationship skills. BUT when viewed from a NEWBIE, STRANGER UNANNOUNCED, new resident ALIEN..then the (very often) BIG RELIGIOUS SYSTEMS seem to reproduce similar types of fruit: In Sincere,Super Busy, Making Presumptive Stereotypes and putting up a false face to make it appear that one is “being accepted in that particular bunch of beloved” ..until later you find out that they are ONLY INTERESTED in seeing THEMSELVES BLESSED and in PRESERVING their one, only RELIGIOUS SYSTEM.

Again, this is NOT addressed to NON-TONGUE TALKERS and within the TONGUE TALKERS not addressed to each and very one…”ONLY if the shoe fits, then should any body wear it.”

ANGEL VERY UNAWARES: Don’t tread on ME if I do not sign on to be an official CARD CARRYING CLUB MEMBER..for if the newbie/recurrent male, female, visitor does NOT “official sign up” (and apparently NOT pay TITHE (DUES?) then when one asks for personal RELATIONS HELP (following abuse, life changing deep trauam) then one is avoided or handed over to someone who demands to PAY for offering Christian caring, concern and empahty, (But then multiply ONE TIME experience with MANY SIMILAR AREA WIDE, RECURRENT BIG and very SMALL “BIG RELIGIOUS SYTEM” TIMES)

AS A MARRIED BUT SINGLE IN THE LORD, I was used to being accepted and respected in God’s House when all alone. (SO IT SURELY OUGHT TO BE A COMMON EXPECTATION??)

NOW, while her life status had recently dramatically changed, but nothing was actually different..as for 35 faith filled servant leader years, this SHE had ALWAYS gone “ALL ALONE” but accompanied 24/7/365 with the company, presence of THE FATHER, SON AND HOLY SPIRIT.

NOTHING should have been different… NEWBIE walks in, is rightly spiritually discerned and ministry perceived, lower level greeters, altar elders each have been prescreened, discerned as to being truly mature, thoroughtly prescreened to filter out any gender /racial, socio economic bias, and then adequately trained NOT to presumptuously ministry judge based on making STEREOTYPES.

AND where THE FAMILY is the ONLY TOP STAFF..to surely avoid any CLANNISH, SOFT SPOKEN NAIVE INBRED, DEEP SOUTH RESPECTER OF SOME (PET, FAMILY, APPARENTLY LONG TERM, FAVORITES) BUT NOT ACCEPTING, FAVORING or automatically AVOIDING, DISMISSING any types, styles of (many many) “not perceived as in the Family Nepotism In Crowd) others/

REPEATEDLY FIRST HAND MEETING UP WITH ALL THAT…to the completely shell shocked new transplant (now view this as A GOD SENT SIGN regarding many GOD SENT unannounced newbie even some ANGELS?)

SO the clear hearted, clean conscienced, true deep southwest NEWBIE then set about to try to fully obey GOD’S WHOLE BIBLE COUNSEL:which was “don’t sit around all alone, feeling sorry for yourself” “GET UP AND GO to get your mind on GOD..and find FELLOWSHIP!” (with the (so called) advertised to be CHRIST FOLLOWERS)…so that when one put gas in the tank, drove many rugged miles, that when the eagle at last landed, that the SHE (or could have been any HE) could then abide by God’s Hebrew 10:25 command “NOT to forsake assembling with the SAINTS”

THIS the SHE then attempted, tried repeatedly to find born again, human relationship in HER OWN SPIRITUAL SUB TYPE..tongue talkers. FOR 5-6 -8-ongoing, futile desert DRY years..*She thanks GOD for her deep southwest IFFM BOARD and a God sent chosen few SW residing FAMILY… but now voices deep true concern for the NEWBIES who DO NOT…

ONGOING DISCOVERY: POTENTIALLY DRIVE TIME, DOCTRINE WHICH REPRODUCES IMMATURE SELF FOCUS and repeated MINISTRY, JUNIOR RISING MINISTRY MANIPULATION TO CON, STEAL, SELF PROTECT BY PURPOSELY DEFLECTING, AVOIDING /MINISTRY OFFICE SHUNNING BEHING HELD DIRECTLY ACCOUNTABLE..(technically abuse of spiritual authority power, genuine charismatic witchcraft, (rebellion is the sin of witchcraft, (not JAMES 3:17 easily entreated) effective ministry hardness, willful stubbornness is “as the sin of (senior pastor, leader /applying lay) office idolatry..

AND THE LORD’s SPIRIT led the SWF “THE SHE” to practice fellowshipping with the fellow saints in a NON “tongue talking” servant leader apostolic sent messenger nonreligious born again church and the REAL RESPECT coming from both MALES and FEMALES and THE SENIOR PIONEERING FOUNDER MALE who spoke to this leader NEWBIE FEMALE and was genuinely sincere, interested, not appearing time oppressed, was a deeply shocking type of thing. AND the services..from the pastor to the floor elders..ALL still knew the HOLY REVERENTIAL ABIDING FEAR OF THE LORD…and the enormous, well favored Church…seemed to value ALL RELATIONSHIPS over “US GETING OUR OWN NEEDS MET” and over “BUILDING, ACHIEVING OUR OWN SENIOR MINISTRY.”

ALSO the leader writer female was received, really respected and by all W.E, NON W.E. Mighty Men as “A REAL HUMAN PERSON” as opposed to being “OH, It’s just one more WHITE WOMAN..presumibly SENT BY GOD to sit “UNDER” OUR MINISTRY.” Now let’s quickly, (for our own convenience) put HER into the “Sunday School, middle age, checker players cell group, over the hill fellowship” WHY? Because we have each seen HER LOOK AGE, STYLE and BASIC TYPE (countless) many times before..

“Besides OUR VERY OWN IN HOUSE” WORLD FAMOUS GOOD OLD MAN” version of the Bible says that “blonde dumb women” are the WEAKER STUPIDER morally weak, subservient (but super fully faithful at 10 percent tithe paying) less than deserving VESSEL.

THAT POOR WITNESS SPAWNED ” Out among the faithful SHEEP and the BIG GOATS, where they suppress all the women to raise up the BLOKES.”

The HER WRITER Draws a Wise Conclusion: That where ALL (ALL!) LIFE RELATIONSHIPS ARE NOT PROPERLY DISCERNED, TRULY UNDERSTOOD, HEALTHILY VALUED OR DEEMED MINISTRY DEEPLY SIGNIFICANT…then we’ll have just one more cased of LEADER LOST FIRST LOVE LAMPSTAND, (clearly perceiving, discerning ALL ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS) pastor, office, leader, lay, minister LIFESTYLE?…

and what does God’s HOLY WORD say about THE LOST FIRST LOVE LAMPSTAND of REVELATION 2:17?
REMEMBER: this is not A LEADER ATTACK… it is a SIGN of EACH OF OUR HEAVENLY FATHER GOD’S URGENT, GETTING TO BE DIRE, to NEED to have each one of HIS TRUE BARNS READY FOR HIM TO SEND IN NEW VALUED PRESCIOUS “ONE OF A KIND” MEN AND MANY WOMEN, YOUTH,DIVERSE TYPES, EVEN ECLECTIC MINISTRY, CHRIST WILLING TO POSSIBLE ACCEPT… SHEEP**

BY THE LOOK OF IT TODAY, a lot of amazing, deserving all of our ongoing RESPECT are NOT exactly practicing submission to ALL of God’s Holy WORD.

AT servant apostolic ministry IFFM we believe in abiding under FATHER GOD’S WHOLE COUNSEL..meaning that, as we now live in NEW TESTAMENT JESUS FREEDOM MODERN DAYS…that JESUS CHRIST “fulfilled the Law.”

IFFM therefore regards the OLD TESTAMENT teachings as PROPHETIC TRUE PRINCIPLES for this brand new prosperous, continually OVERCOMING DAY. AND when APOSTLE PAUL writes the FIRST CHURCHES he always does it in

1) no division

2) no Big I celebrity 5 fold office leader or No Small Peon (any of) YOU truly humble servant leader, apostolic messenger Holy Spirit inwardly self governed ministry human abiding fashion.

IN BOOK OF EPHESIANS 4 Apostle Paul describes the abiding, totally respecting SERVANT LEADER TRUE BORN AGAIN CHURCH observable fruit. (The writer will not go in depth on this but we suggest that you take time to read it and SELAH dwell upon it)

IN EPHESIANS 4 apostle Paul commissions the CHURCH to find COMMONLY AGREED UPON APOSTOLIC TENETS: Cited examples ONE LORD, ONE FAITH, ONE BAPTISM (Agreed upon also HEBREWS 6:2 “Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.”

THESE “COMMONLY HELD AGREED UPON TENETS” pin point an AUTHENTIC BORN AGAIN (immature, mature, all styles, colors) CHRISTIAN..And amidst the entire realm of CHRISTIANDOM admittedly there are plainly MORE sold out for JESUS than others.

BY EXAMINING EPHESIANS 4 we can safely note that “ONE LORD, ONE FAITH, ONE BAPTISM” are FIRST TIER and apostolic MANDATORY DOCTRINE for “discerning, judging” IF ONE is or not “truly a CHRISTIAN.” YET later in Scriptures is says “By their fruits you and I will know them.”

AND JOHN 4: “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in TRUTH.”

ASLO JAMES 2:17 “Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.”

YET, as we cannot find SPACE on this posting to go DEEPER into all of that..we can sum BOOK OF EPHESIANS UP in the IFFM In House Ministry “Cross True Body UNITY/diverse abiding 5 fold office COMMUNITY).

THAT AMONG MANY APOSTOLIC “CHARISMATIC” “PENTECOSTAL” BOTH DENOMINATIONAL and NON:

…That any one particular ministry flow would derive most of their doctrinal beliefs from EITHER “knowing, understanding, deeply studying, GOD’S HOLY BIBLE SCRIPTURES”……

……yet others, while Bible abiding, would based most of their FLOW on HOLY SPIRIT INWARD DIRECTION PERCEIVING, HEARING IN THE SPIRIT and MOVING IN THE SPIRITUAL GIFTS and in lengthy WORSHIP.

AND HISTORICALLY THIS IS TOTALLY BIBLE APPROPRIATE as GOD is into DIVERSITY not etched in spiritual religious concrete FORMULA. His 7 flaming, flickering eternal Holy Spirits represent His MYSTERY and sheer unpredictable ,all over governmental, incomprehensible strength and COMPLEXITY (Isaiah 11:2)

OLD TESTAMENT EXAMPLES: GOD used both the LAW (The Ten Commandments, Levitical required rules and solemn decrees) YET GOD also used the PROPHETS who “inquired of the LORD for God’s human PEOPLE” …Prophet Elijah heard the LORD communicate with Him by the “still small voice” in the prophetic cave I Kings 19:9. And AMOS 3:7 “God does nothing unless He first tells His servants, the prophets.”

YET in the NEW TESTAMENT God speaks
1. HEBREWS 11:1-2 Through the manner, ministry and live as represented in the apostolic senior leader JESUS CHRIST.

APOSTOLIC HEBREWS 1:1-2″God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in TIME PAST (OT) unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in THESE LAST DAYS (NT) spoken unto us BY HIS SON, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

2. BY READING, STUDYING God’s Holy Word, renewing their own mind in God’s supernatural faith building applied Word. (Logos (building up Bible general knowledge by reading, studying God’s word in great quantity and length) and rhema (living speaking God illuminated Word which leaps out at you and sparks your faith)

2. BY DISCERNING, BEING INWARDLY COMMUNICATED FROM/BY/ WITH, and GIVEN DIRECTION VIA THE HOLY SPIRIT:

JOHN 3 “My sheep know my voice and the voice of the stranger they will not follow) MEANING: each person who asks JESUS to live in their heart as personal Savior, will then get a deposit of His Holy Spirit to dwell inside of their HEART and following them each praying, nurturing that,including Bible study, mentoring..then each can being to KNOW HIM via PERCEIVING and learning how to accurately DISCERN “His Still Small Voice”. (can include dreams, recurring peace coated ideas, and ministry etc)

OF COURSE, the writer can only share a brief outline..this is a bare apostolic ministry minimum “there are many (types of) voice in this world and each on has significance “I Corinthians 2:19:

MEANING..THAT AMONG THE TONGUE TALKING GRASS ROOTS FAITH FILLED TRUE TROOPS….

It strongly appears (recurring, repeatedly) that within the MANY DIVIDED BUT BORN AGAIN CHRIST FOLLOWING BIBLE BELIEVING GROUPS..which go after tongue talking, hearing from the Lord, Bible ongoing study ..the laughing, deeply respectful writer notes that SOME may only prefer to RECEIVE from word working , Faith Filled senior apostolic BIBLE TEACHERS..

…..and if you come across as TOO “into the move of the Holy Spirit and His moving non legalistic HOLY GHOST FLOW..then they will (unintentionally) not “get you” as their Leadership has trained them to be on the LOOKOUT for certain “proofs that You are TRUE” from their own movement.

YET, when one fellowships with the much more prophetic, Holy Spirit “Flow-ers” …who have the relaxed, in House “perciever-discerner” spiritual antanaes tending to be more developed due to being In House Trained and intrinsically (even more) VALUED…then if one goes THERE who understands, “How to apply one’s most Holy Faith in God’s BIBLE WORD” then YOU can also not be “accurately discerned” due to what THEIR OWN MOVEMENT has instilled into THEM.

PLEASE NOTE..while this does NOT MAKE EITHER GROUP better or worse, and while EACH VERY DIFFERENT BIBLE EMPHASIS GROUPS is indeed VALID..the IFFM MINISTRY,TAVEAU D’ARCY CREATIVE LEADERSHIP FLOW is to help ALL BIBLE BELIEVING SUBGROUPS, VARYING leadership KINDS find means of resurrecting CROSS WHOLE UNDIVIDED TRUE BODY UNITY.

(and both of which IFFM ONLINE MINISTRY FELLOWSHIP plus TAVEAU D’ARCY CREATIVE LEADER sincerely attempt to ongoing Bible role model.

ALL OF US IN PIONEERING LEADERSHIP..EACH LEARNING MORE ABOUT BOTH..

BUT from the TWO PICTURES OF WORD OF FAITH MINISTRY..this is what I then believed:

1. Though the PERCEIVERS are now deeply NEEDED..and right ON (apart from OT Legalism mixed in with HOLY SPIRIT/NT JESUS FREEDOM) they need to be BALANCED but to produce much more JOYFUL, outwardly HAPPY ministry true, non accuser , spiritually/emotionally SAFE, enjoyable, MORE INTO RELATIONSHIP, less spiritual perfectionistic, as well as trustworthy FRUIT!

2. WHILE the BIBLE EQUIPPERS who teach how one renews one’s mind, about faith, how to claim and to believe God’s PROMISES. are NEEDED RIGHT NOW and authentic..if they can produce MINISTRY PASTORS, 5 FOLD OFFICES who practice the same emotional, spiritual mantled maturity, real RESPECT for ALL KINDS OF OTHERS, minus WE Patricianism, Covering accuser ever watching Phariseeism, unduly promoting Big’ I’s VS compared with Little YOU’s..and then increase in perceiver, discern HOLY SPIRIT inward truly HUMBLE Bible Organic of NT apostolic MINISTRY (Read JESUS CHRIST in MATTHEW, MARK, LUKE AND JOHN)

AND if IFFM, spirit filled but non tongue talkers but AUTHENTIC, VERY DEEPLY NOW NEEDED and surely bearing FAR MORE READY, perceived as AUTHENTIC, BIBLE ORGANIC and (non fake, non plastic, non putting up a false face) (plus IN THEY EACH APPEAR TO HAVE THE PROPHETIC HISTORIC PROVERBS 1:7 “abiding HOLY FEAR OF THE LIVING, TERRIBLE LORD”…then one may also add THIS RESPECTFUL MINISTRY DIVERSE GROUP as a NOW NEEDED CHECKS AND BALANCES due to their humility, deep RELATIONSHIP deep integrity, ability to be TRUSTED, and most are SERVANT LEADERS..not exalted,entitled FAMOUS NAME and/or WOULD BE famous name Old Timey Traditional Legalistic, BOANERGE CELEBRITY.

** and from my being a Christ follower since accepting Jesus Christ at age 9 in my senior pastor Baptist father’s tiny country church..and beginning back in the early 1990’s when God first allowed me to find what is now nationwide “the spirit of prophecy” ongoing /multiplied /many in depth leader styles , (born again, apostolic, authentic prophetic movements)…very soon I noticed, got a deep perception that (meaning NOT only in one particular grass roots senior prophetic ministry but AROUND the giant USA) it soon became quite noticeable that MANY, if not MOST, who regarded themselves as deeply involved in the “very deeply prophetic” often lacked what I knew so very well ..due to the background and GOD’s GREAT UNMERITED DEEP GRACE: PERCEIVER CHRIST’S ” OIL OF JOY AND GLADNESS.”

AND that is what I cannot abide without…ongoing REAL LOVE WITH HAPPY REAL LIVE GIVING JOY! NOR will I give permission from any religious Pharisee to take that which was given to me away by ever again tolerating “prophetic over seer far off continual accuser overseer apostolic watching..all done from afar MINUS ANY, ALL, “divine respecting UPFRONT, TRUE relationship”

AND due to the massive repeated fallouts the LORD GOD HIMSELF (at least many years ago) commanded that the WRITER, the IFFM MINISTRIES, TAVEAU CREATIVE LEADERHSHIP SERVANT APOSTOLIC OFFICE remove themself, itself.. from being “officially CHARISMATIC”…(Hence BOOK OF EPHESIANS CROSS BODY TRUE UNITY) as the DOCTRINES were too spooky, getting very crazy and NOT resembling KNOWING BOTH OR the nonaccuser /nonPharisee JESUS CHRIST..but more and more had turned to repeatedly ANTI HERO role model an fellow minister, even atypical nontraditional human person, ACCUSER.

AND while WE may have a basic GAME PLAN..while on TV, MEETING , GUEST MINISTRY STAGE, we approach all of this as us HANGING OUT WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT and then asking HIM (via our ongoing RELATIONSHIP) about WHAT HE wants US do to…meaning HOW LONG to have (HIS) WORSHIP and HOW LONG to MINISTRY SPEAK..

THIS means that NO TWO IFFM DIVINE APPOINTMENT DFW OR LIFESTREAM GATHERINGS will ever be the SAME ministry FLOW. AGAIN many will resemble Baptists, others may or may not be more PENTECOSTAL but we never really know until the LORD SHOWS UP …
