Insight:
Paul is addressing personal spiritual responsibility—not codependency on leaders or personalities. This verse supports humble, self-governed obedience to Christ, not fear of man or institutional control. It also underscores the importance of private integrity, not just public obedience.
Acts 17:11 (KJV) – The Noble Bereans
“These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind,
and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.”
Insight:
The Bereans weren’t gullible followers. They were noble, honorable thinkers who:

APOSTLE PAUL may have encountered conflict from remaining Levitical LEGALISM in his epistle letter to the GALATIAN Church. He begins by stating what appears to be NONLEVITICAL ministry real authority (later Chapter 3 Paul rebukes the Church elders as “You foolish Galatians”..for allowing themselves to be “betwitched” by teachers who took them BACK UNDER the Old Testament Levitical Legalism of the Law)
Hence PAUL’S BOOK OF EPHESIANS 4, 5: 21 COMMUNITY (no turf guarding, no authoritarian pecking order hierarchal control.
It’s pure, Jesus like more like cell but may be informal or more structures..

BUT WHY is Apostle Paul so upset about GALATIANS BACK UNDER THE LAW LEGALISM?
1) PERHAPS because he realized that in New Testament (Post OT Law days) the putting even Hebrew Christ followers OR Gentiles, “BACK UNDER THE LETTER OF THE LAW”(minus RELATIONSHIP Matthew 18:15-17 dignity with respect)
2) PERHAPS Apostle Paul understood that Legalistic Law in the hands of only a FEW would warp it into “All About Me, Goody Two Shoes” POWER, PRIDE and SELF RIGHTEOUSNESS overseers in the Father’s Ministry Houses…would produce accuser Phariseeism OVERSEER (dubbed accuser SIN SPYING) in the ranks..which would spark DIVISION, SECTS, GOSSIP, TALE BEARING..
…..which it is doing…. even RIGHT NOW!

ROOTS OF TRUE SPIRITUAL, NATURAL, GOVERNMENTAL, GOD CALLED, PERSONAL, PRIVATE, FAMILY…affecting SOCIETY is rooted in each and every human diverse individuals very own Personal Self Government (Self Control, Temperance)..and then it comes out from THERE to combine forces with all the others.
PRIOR TO GARDEN OF EDEN SIN: There was “abiding in relationship, supernatural self governing internal, spiritual never ending supplied Holy Spirit Power”
PRIOR TO GENESIS 3 GARDEN OF EDEN CHOICE TO SIN there was no form of ACCUSATION, BETRAYAL, MURDER or ANGER…so there was NO need for any OUTSIDE LEGAL FORCES to preserve order and to curb human unrighteousness from committing all out MAYHEM.
MAIN LEADER FINE TUNING POINT: “SIN, PERSONAL SELF GOVERNMENT, (or lack there of) plus ALL ACCUSATION (ministry, leader, lay, parent, society, etc) will produce RELATIONSHIP FALL OUT…
…..which manifests in SECTS, DIVISION, DOMINATION, DIVORCE, ABUSE, RAGE, GOSSIP, WARS and more..
Hence what appears to be the entire ongoing Servant Leader Purpose of what appears to be a national ministry.
HERE is the STORY of what happened just PRIOR to the Human Leader FALL, and it tells how the coming of JESUS CHRIST took back what the ACCUSER, DEMONIC DECEIVER satan had brought:
THE POWERFUL GOOD NEWS OF REVELATION 12:7-11
And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
(THE COMING OF CHRIST, THE FORETOLD MESSIAH)10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the ACCUSER OF OUR BRETHEREN (also SISTEREN) is cast down, which ACCUSED them before our God day and night.
11 And they overcame him(meaning THE ACCUSER) by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.”
JESUS CHRIST ‘S LIFE, RESURRECTION over the spirit of DEATH and ACCUSATION, DECEPTION and MORE ..handed back to each and every INDIVIDUAL man and woman..HIS Supernatural POWER to SELF GOVERN..to keep SELF CONTROL and to WATCH whatever HE/SHE would SAY (from their lips).. would DO (coming from their ACTIONS, REACTIONS) ..under pressure.
RIGHTEOUS SELF GOVERNMENT (no self righteousness, without all OT Levitical Works Goody Two Shoes Law) would then need instruction, reminding, even force due to some dull of perceiving, ignorant shallow, hard shelled, deep into SELF “human condition”(hence Apostle Paul’s EPHESIANS 4 “God’s gifts to His Church: the 5 fold office training, pastoring leader office MINISTRY)
HIS RESTFUL SELF GOVERNMENT..manifesting into (EPHESIANS 4 even Society effected HOW? by a diverse transformed Christian pure community,, See that sane passage):
Also: ISAIAH 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and THE GOVERNMENT shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
