WHEN this happens, and after YOU fully repent from all known SIN (repent means to TURN AWAY FROM) then GOD drops a FREE DEPOSIT of His (discerner, perceiver, perceptive ongoing HOLY SPIRIT) into YOUR “heart” and along with Bible STUDY, fellowship and PRACTICE, you can SLOWLY develop “perceiver HEARING from the Good Shepherd (Christ’s dear Abba FATHER) who “gives LIFE to His Sheep.”
