PREVENTION IS WELLNESS FORESIGHT: As an old song says, “you don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone” meaning SO MOVE IT vs LOSING IT

HEADS UP MINDSET

Let us CEASE comparing, contrasting AND competing..”He/she who compares themself with another is not wise.”

LET US eat as UNTO THE LORD..and if we FALL OF THE WAGON..we admit it, but then GET RIGHT BACK ON!

REAL MOTIVES:

1) Not for vanity

2) Not to play keeping up with the Friend Joneses

3) BUT rather simply because YOU LIKE, RESPECT and VALUE YOUR SELF..the very ONLY UNIQUE GOD DESIGNED …in PSALM 139 (IN SECRET) that means YOU

4)… YOU want to look like YOU really are designed to really look and( most importantly) FEEL!

PLUS.. YOU want to PLEASE THE LORD (who gave you that temple)… and also…just because YOU LOVE HIM…you want to be a GOOD STEWARD…

HOWEVER, another BIG BENEFIT… is looking toned, trim, super buff aka… SUPER FINE…. is a happy BY PRODUCT….yet the TRUE MOTIVES are BLESSED!

FIRST STEP

Google search to find out YOUR OWN “Natural God intended target NBW Natural Body Weight” and even if you never make that number..then you can at least aim to IMPROVE. And if YOU feel that that it to high or too low, they say there is such as thing as a HAPPY BODY WEIGHT when people feel their BEST.

SECOND STEP

PRAY and then ask the LORD, a PHYSICIAN, NUTRITIONIST in getting YOUR VERY OWN UNIQUE eating for wellness PLAN

THIRD STEP

Pray about then pick YOUR VERY OWN work out, walking, activity “moving it before you risk losing it” wellness , fitness Over All Weekly Self Action Plan
